A moth got in our house the other night and it looked like a dalmatian. Why not take pictures of him, or maybe a her? how do you tell? haha just kidding, I don't want to know.
Sunday we went to the park twice in one day. A record set. But I think it was only because Steve really wanted to fish, otherwise I don't think he would've agreed to it, but shhhh don't tell him I said that. :) I didn't mind a bit, I love spending my days at the park!
I love the colors of their feathers, beautiful. They decided to rest on the shore and actually let me get pretty close. I was surprised. But as you can see, one had a close eye on me. I think it's so cool how they tuck their heads around to sleep or whatever it is they are doing.
While on my walking, actually more like chasing, adventure with Haiden, we found a bird nest that had fallen out of the tree. Of course the first thing Hai Hai wanted to do was grab it, but I beat her to it.
These pictures aren't great but look closely, a turtle was coming up out of the water to eat the bread. It was pretty small. It chomped it and disappeared. Its shell looked like it was covered in slimy moss and he had cute little webbed feet.
This is one beautiful lake!
Love these next two: The sun setting in the reflection of the lake...serenity...
Little flowers all over the field.
I want to go running through this field! It was perfect!
Something was hiding from us...we decided against practicing our techniques learned from Swamp People! On a side note, I am obsessed with that crazy show. The History Channel should do a giveaway, where winners could ride along with the film crew for a day, I would totally enter. God help me though if we came across any spiders, there would be no option for jumping in the water that's for sure!
Sunset was beautiful!
Hard to see but this rainbow appeared out of nowhere. We could only see a small portion of it and it was pretty faint but it made me smile.
Randomness: Some weird clouds at our house on Saturday, thought it was pretty cool how half were dark and half were light...
pretty crazy if you ask me.
